Sunny Deol will star in Aamir Khan's film

- The film is to be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi

- Aamir will remain only as a producer: shooting will start from January 2024

Mumbai: Sunny Deol is going to work in an Aamir Khan Productions film. The film will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Aamir himself will not play any role in this film.

The shooting of this film is going to start in January next year. Earlier, there were reports that Aamir is also set to make a cameo appearance in the film. But, according to new information, Aamir will be associated with this project only as a film producer.

Aamir and Sunny Deol have been contemporary actors but they have never worked together. Aamir had a cameo in 'Damini' directed by Rajkumar Santoshi but did not share the screen with Sunny Deol. Aamir was the assistant director in Sunny Deol's film 'Jabardast'.

Aamir and Sunny Deol have clashed more than once at the box office. Aamir's 'Dil' and Sunny Deol's 'Ghayal', Aamir's 'Raja Hindustani' and Sunny Deol's 'Ghatak' and Aamir's 'Lagaan' and Sunny Deol's 'Gaddar' were released on the same day. Coincidentally all these films proved to be superduper hits.
