Irrfan Khan's demise has left his films incomplete. People thought that with the death of Irrfan, these films are unlikely to be completed. But Tumbad's director Anand Gandhi has indirectly hinted at moving the film forward.

According to a social media portal, director Anand Gandhi started writing a film on a subject like the Corona virus epidemic. He had Irfan in mind while writing this film. The script of this film has been in the works for the last five years. But Irfan's demise has tweaked the director. "Five years ago, we were trying to show the true face of such a disease on the silver screen," he said. But now that the disease has come out in public, I think, I don't need to explain the disease to anyone anymore. So we have to change the script of this film again. We will now be able to take viewers straight to the next level and mention life after the epidemic in the film.

After Irfan's death, I am now going to take Sushant Singh Rajput for the lead role. The film also stars Australian actor Hugo Weaving.

The director further said, "I am very sorry that a lot of time has elapsed in completing this story. It was my unquenchable desire that Irfan would work in this film." But he is no longer with us. Since Sushant is a good friend of mine, I think he will definitely work in this film. According to the story of this film, I will also need four actresses who will be in the lead roles.
