He lives and works in a rented house in Mumbai away from his home and family. But now that the shooting has stopped, they are not getting work and they are not getting any money.
Man Shah, a small screen artist, is also going through a similar crisis. He had to sell his car due to lack of money. "I had to make this decision out of compulsion," he said. I was working in our multi-silk serial for which we were not paid.
This is the first time in my life that I have faced such a financial crisis. I have to sell my car to make a living. I have also vacated the rented house in Lokhandwala area of Mumbai and am going to live with my cousin.
We have been shooting this serial since May 7, 2016 and the last shooting was on November 7. We have only been paid for May 2018. He also gave it as late as October 2016. After this we have not received a single pie.
