According to the latest news, Britney has had great success in this case. The court on Wednesday ended the defense of Britney's father. Singer has finally found freedom from the conservatism of father Jamie Spears.
A Los Angeles judge has removed Jamie from custody of her daughter Brittany. So this legal battle is now over. The judge removed Jamie Spears as conservator with immediate effect. Mr Spears will have to return Singer's good fortune to him.
Britney's father, Jamie, has had legal rights to the singer's personal life since 2008. Brittany's father was appointed conservative of Brittany in 2006 for drug abuse and assault.
Britney shared a post a few days ago stating that she would not perform on stage or be part of any concert until she was free from her father's protection. She would rather make a video in a room than on stage.
