Mumbai: Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez are likely to become government witnesses in the ongoing Rs 500 crore money laundering case against Sukesh Chandrasekhar. However, he has not yet officially confirmed this. According to the report, the ED has named him as a witness in the 2000 page chargesheet.

Nora Fatehi has been cross-examined by the Enforcement Directorate. Nora has received many valuable gifts from Sukesh. However, Nora is now willing to be a government witness.

Nora admitted in cross-examination that Sukesh had given her a BMW car as a gift. Also, Sukesh's wife Lina Maria Poole gave him a Gucci bag and an iPhone token of love.

If the report is to be believed, Nora said during interrogation that the BMW gifted by Sukesh is likely to be confiscated by the ED officer.

According to sources, Jacqueline also told ED officials that she did not know Sukesh's background in advance. He is also ready to return all the valuable gifts given by Sukesh to the ED officials.

However, Nora had earlier said that she had nothing to do with the case and was not involved.
