Mumbai: Spice series is becoming the Indian version of Citadel. Bollywood flop actor Varun Dhawan will play the lead role in it. This will be Varun Dhawan's first web series.
Produced by Russo Brothers for an OTT platform, the series will be directed by Raj and DK. Its shooting is going to start in January 2023. Other cast of this series will be announced soon.
Citadel is actually a global series. Its local version is released keeping in mind the audiences of different countries. Notably, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Maiden are set to star in the first series of the Citadel universe. The series is slated to release in January.
