Land grabbing FIR against Rana Daggubati and his father

Both father and son summoned by local court

After taking money for land in Hyderabad, went back, threatened

Mumbai: South's famous actor Rana Daggubati and his producer father D. A case of land grabbing has been filed against Suresh in Hyderabad.

Daggubati and his father allegedly threatened businessman Pramod Kumar to vacate a plot in Hyderabad's Film Nagar. According to Pramodkumar's complaint, the land belongs to him and Rana Daggubati and his father want to grab it by force. The Nepali court in Hyderabad has also issued summons to Daggubati and his father in this case.

According to the charge d. Suresh leased this place to Pramodkumar. Later, a deal was made to sell this place to Suresh Kumar for 18 crores. Pramod Kumar also gave five crore rupees on that account. But, then D. Suresh reneged on the deal and instead of accepting the remaining payment due to Suresh Kumar and documenting it in his favour, he transferred the property to Rana Daggubati.

According to Pramod Kumar's allegation, he had lodged a complaint at the Banjara Hill police station regarding the entire fraud, but the police refused to take his complaint.
