Another big achievement in the name of Indian cinema: the movie 'Drashyam' will be remade in Korean language

Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgan and Tabu starrer Dshyam has become a huge success. Soon the film is going to make a splash in foreign countries. Indian production house Panorama Studios and South Korea's Anthology Studios recently announced a partnership at the Indian Pavilion during the Cannes Film Festival 2023. Producers Kumar Mangat Pathak and Jay Choi were present at the time of the announcement. After which it has been decided to make Dshyam in Korean remake.

Ajay Devgan's film Dshyaman was also made into a Chinese remake, titled Sheep Without A Fear. Now this best movie series will be remade in South Korea. This is an honor for Indian film.

Talking about the Korea remake of Dshyam and the partnership with Anthology Studios, Kumar Mangat said, I am excited that the Dshyam franchise is being made in Korea. This will not only increase its reach outside India but also give Hindi cinema a global presence. All these years we have been inspired by Korean style. Now he has got inspiration in one of our films. What could be a bigger achievement for the Indian film industry.

On this occasion Jay Choi also got excited and said that we are very excited about making a remake of a massively successful Hindi film while maintaining the originality of Korean cinema. The remake has more significance as the first major co-production between Korea and India. Through our partnership, we will look to bring the best of both Indian and Korean cinema to the screen and create a meaningful remake that is just as great as the original.

It is worth mentioning that the first part of Ajay Devgan's film Dshyam was directed by Nishikant Kamat. Tabu also played an important role in the film. The story of the film revolves around Vijay Salgaonkar aka Ajay Devgan, whose daughter commits a crime. In a bid to save his daughter from the police, he does something that changes his entire life, he tries his best to save his family.
