Filmmaker Madhu Montana is making a film on Ramayana. Which is to be in 3D. In which special effects will also be used. Work is currently underway on the star cast of the film. In which Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan have been selected. Now South Indian film superstar Mahesh Babu has been approached to work in the film.
According to people associated with the film, the film is now likely to feature southern superstar Mahesh Babu. He has been approached for the role of Shriram in this film. However so far he has not given any answer for this film and role. Deepika Padukone will be seen in the role of Sita in this film. While Hrithik Roshan will be seen in the role of Lankesh Ravana.
Notably, director Om Raut is also set to make a film on Ramayana. In which Prabhas is to play the role of Ram and Saif Ali Khan is to play the role of Ravana and Kriti Senon is to play the role of Sita.
