Mumbai: Bollywood stars are currently making money by renting out their properties. The names of Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and now Kajol have also been added. Kajol has recently rented out her house in Powai, Mumbai.

Kajol has rented out her 21-square-foot apartment for Rs 50,000 a month. These agreements have been registered on December 6. Kajol's flat is on the 21st floor of the Atlantic Project in Mumbai's Powai Hiranandani Garden. The rent of this apartment is ninety thousand rupees.

After one year, the rent of this flat will be increased to Rs 2,50. Kajol currently lives with her husband Ajay Devgn and family at Shiv Shakti Bungalow in Juhu. The cost of this bungalow is Rs 50 crore.

Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had rented out his dark flat to actress Kriti Senon. This is a duplex flat whose rent is said to be Rs one lakh per month. Amitabh's flat is located on Lokhandwala Road. This duplex apartment of Big B is located on the 4th floor of the Altantis building. Kriti has given Rs 50 lakh as security deposit for this flat. He has rented this duplex for two years.
