The shock of short-screen actor Manmeet Grewal committing suicide a few days back due to financial crisis has not been forgotten. Actress Preksha Mehta has given another shock to the industry by ending her life prematurely.
Preksha, who played minor roles in shows like 'Crime Patrol', 'Lal Ishq' and 'Meri Durga', committed suicide at her home in Indore, Madhya Pradesh on Monday night. Now she was living with her family in her house in Indore.
Praksha's family members said she was distracted as she could not find work due to the lockdown. According to the actress's cousin, she was a very flirtatious girl. But it had been quiet for a while now. While everyone in the house was playing pages on Monday night, Praksha was sitting alone on the steps of the house. He further said that my aunt (Praksha's mom) had also asked him if he was OK, then he said yes, I am OK. At 10 pm, she went to her upstairs room and posted a message on Instagram. The next morning when my aunt went to wake her up to do yoga the door to her room was locked from the inside. Praksha was seen hanging with a fan when he opened the door with the help of others.
Preksha's cousin added that Preksha was the first person from our family to step into the world of entertainment. She was very diligent. He worked hard to make ends meet. His expectations were very high.
Rajiv Bhadoria, an inspector at the Indore-based Hiranagar police station, said an oak-leaf suicide note was found in the waiting room. "I tried so hard to stay positive, but I couldn't," he wrote. My soaked shamans have shattered my confidence. I can't live with dead dreams. It’s hard to live with this negativity. I have tried a lot in the last one year but now I am tired. ' The inspector further said that he was frustrated as he was not getting a job.
