Manoj Bajpayee's Fitness Fund.

- 'I have not had dinner for many years. I don't have to cook anything in the evening after I cook lunch there.'

Manoj Bajpayee has been a big and important name in Bollywood for years now, not today. However, he had to endure many hardships to reach the position he is in today in Bollywood.

Manoj Bajpayee's tough time was after the film 'Bandit Queen'. Manoj Bajpayee came to Mumbai after doing this film in 1994. But here he could not find work. By the time the film 'Satya' was released in 1998, he was tired of the struggle. But he won the National Award in Satya. There was no limit to his happiness then.

He has endured a lot of humiliation to get work. Recalling his past, he says, 'Calling everyday to ask for work was the saddest thing. People didn't answer the phone, often even pressed while answering the phone. The media also neglected me. I understood everything, but since my time was not with me, I suffered silently. '

At that time, Manoj Bajpayee used to call four directors every day to get work. Give me a call if you have any role for the actor himself. He was confident that one day he would get a role of his choice. It was on that day that the film 'Gangs of Wasseypur' was released after five years.

Revealing the secret of his fitness, he says not to eat at night. Even my grandfather does not eat dinner. I decided to do the same. I had a lot of trouble at first, but later I started to feel better and gradually this became my habit. I haven't had dinner in years. I don't have to cook anything in the evening after I cook lunch there. Except my daughter comes home and eats her own food.

Another secret of his fitness he says is walking exercise. They regularly walk for 30 minutes daily. No matter where he is in the country or abroad, he never misses a 30-minute walk.

If a stranger calls Manoj by his name, he does not get angry like other stars. He says, 'I love when people call me by my name. Many times people call him Manoj Tiwari Ashutoshji and ask him how he is doing, but I don't mind him.'
